Best bank I’ve used, even better than the HSBC right next to where I live. Crazy.
I love the friendly welcome this Branch gives out. When i have always popped in the staff are very warm and so courteous. A pleasure to bank with this branch. If this bank was a hotel i would have to rate it 5***** with the service i always receive. Thank you.

Attend the Smackee presents Phantom & The Musicals at Dudley Town Hall today, EXCELLENT. This is the second concert we have attended at the town hall in the last couple of months, both were excellent. Tickets were £12 each, so if you want an excellent afternoon out come to one of the regular concerts here. We will be back again.

9 St James's Rd, Dudley DY1 1JG, UK – 01384 255570
Had to book an emergency appointment and travel from Wales as had half a filling fall out. I saw Walleed and after getting the filling replaced and a separate new one done I cannot say I've ever had such painless dental work. Would 100% recommend this place, and Waleed, very friendly, understanding and professional staff.
I had 2 tooth fillings today. The receptionist was very professional and directed me appropriately. When I first saw the dentist, I was bit anxious as she looked very young and I thought she could be an inexperienced dentist. I am so pleased that she was very professional and explained every step in the procedure while she was doing it. She involved me in making the decisions. She did a great job and I am very satisfied with it. I 'm sure, her name starts from C, but not sure of the spellings. On my way back for the payment, the receptionist was very pleasant and friendly, gave me some information I asked for without any hesitation. Overall, I had a great experience in your surgery.

I have attended this surgery for 19 years. Sonia the manager is NOT racist... I have found her to be very supportive and understanding... She went to bat for me with one of the local hospitals and has always been willing to listen. Leanne her deputy is one of the most caring, gentle and sincere people I know. Deb the nurse is an old fashioned nurse with a caring heart and good skills. She always calls back and is very kind. The reception staff are all welcoming and go out of the way to help. I have not had a problem with them ever. My husband and I have chronic health issues and I am disabled... although I miss Sarah, and get frustrated by their use of locum doctors it's not their fault there are not enough GPs. That's why they call you... to try to stretch the appointments they have. You want more appointments? Elect someone who won't cripple the health service but don't blame these people. The surgery is old but clean and accessible. It is not dilapidated. Parking is a problem but it's on a good bus route. When my husband and I needed help, the people here did all they could for us. 4 stars because I think they should hire an ANP to manage care in the absence of a full time GP. I'm a nurse and trained District Nurse. This surgery does not deserve the bad reviews it has here. People have used this to make complaints: they should bring those to the surgery instead of defaming it.
I have just spoken to a lovely lady who is a Medical Receptionist and her name is Karen Brain. What a professional and a breath of fresh air. In one phone call she has sorted myself and my partner, rearranged dates and given excellent advice also. It was a joy to speak to her which is why I feel compelled to give this feedback. I hope your employers understand what an asset you are to the practice and how informative and helpful you are. What a genuine person that helps people because that is what she does.

We visited today and saw one of the Dr's in room 3, we believe her name was Dr. Nikki. We had a wonderful experience with her and she was one of the most respectful, helpful and understanding doctors we have ever seen. We have visited other doctors here previously and had bad experiences that left us worrying about returning. But she was wonderful and we are devastated that she is leaving in a weeks time. We hope that she is successful in her endeavors as she has helped us more in 20 minutes that anyone has helped us in 2 years.
So far never had any problems been registered with this surgery a few months from moving from a different surgery reception staff have always been helpful and so have the nursing staff and the doctor was so lovely she was so understanding and took the time to listen to me

Booked a table of 16 for daughters 21st. The whole experience from arrival to leaving was exceptional. Service was excellent, all meals were served together and food was hot. Staff were attentive. Would highly recommend. A very enjoyable evening.
Great menu choice, good quality food. I had a carbonate, which was fairly authentic - a proper egg-based sauce with no cream, just as it should be. Everyone in my group was satisfied with their meals. Service was good, but could have been a bit quicker, as we had said we were in a hurry, but apart from that, very happy and would go again.

The staff here are very friendly and accommodating. The food is delicious and don't even get ne started on the salted caramel dessert... Worth going broke for!! Refillable pop, great deals including their lunch buffets, and in a convenient location. Would and do recommend.
Favourite of my daughter's as she loves the salad bar and has loved it since she was small.

The service was spot on and the food was delicious. We were a bit noisy for others as we were a large group but they handled us well as were very polite at all times. Our waiter (Marco) was a delight and helped us with photos as well as doing his job. We all had a wonderful time and can't fault the food or service.
Lovely clean restaurant , welcoming staff and amazing food

I was at jessons early 1970s miss Robinsons class the best teacher. And a trip to Dudley fire station.
I'm in two minds over this school. Children feel happy an safe. But the school is more interested in plays an always getting the parents involved . This is fine at times but the children are losing alot of time paying attention to their class work . They have to keep the children's education as their focus an not lose sight on this.

BEST School ever😂
Community Primary School, Dudley Rd W, Tividale, Oldbury B69 2HT, UK – 0121 557 1765
Oh I remember Head Mr Chapman from 1970s/80s. "Air of leadership"? Ha! He was a bully; a one-note, red-faced authoritarian coward with violent & sadistic tendencies. I personally witnessed him on more than one occasion repeatedly strike & manhandle little children (as young as 5yrs) in such a shamefully violent manner that he'd be serving time now & outed all over the news/social media. Seemed to get on very well with that other shocker of a bully, Miss Scott. Back then, so many remained teachers until retirement who were mentally & morally unfit to ever be one. Damaged many futures. It saddens me how teachers are viewed & treated these days, now that there are proper professional standards & vetting, and with so much more for them to contend with and be burdened by - five stars for the majority of you. Take care.
Places hold many memories, this one holds many of mine. 2009 to 2016, my time there. Nicest teachers ive ever seen, all working together. Truly Outstanding school. Started acting in productions, now im a main role in one of the biggest acts that OSCA, a high-school nearby, has ever produced. Thankyou, Tividale Community Primary School, for the memories.
